If you want to play dscraft, you need
-an Emulator (for example no$gba) Download: http://smealum.net/dscraft/downloads/DScraft_no$gba.rar
or
-a DS with a Flashcard (for example acecard 2i, r4 or supercard dstwo). Download nitro version: http://smealum.net/dscraft/downloads/DScraft_310811.rar or fat: http://smealum.net/dscraft/downloads/DScraft_fat_310811.rar

If you want to play DSCraft with a Flashcard, you need:
-A DS fat/DS lite/DSi/DSi XL(LL)/3DS
-A flashcard
-A microSD card with enough memory
-A microSD card reader/A microSD to SD adapter and a SDcard reader
-A Computer with a free USB port

1.Put the MicroSD card in the Card reader
2.Fastformate your microSD with Fat32
3.Download the right EOS for your card
4.Put it on your card
5. Download the Fat or the nitro Version*
6. Extract the folder into the root** or the same folder like the dscraft.nds*
7.eject your microSD card
8.Take it of the reader in your flashcard
9.Put the Flashcard in your DS
10. Start your DS and press on "DSGame"
11. Press on Games
12. choose the right folder
13. start the DSCraft
14. enjoy ;)

*=Fat means that the dscraft folder must be in the root.
Nitro means that the dscraft folder must be in the same folder like the dscraft.nds
The Nitro version doesn't work with the M3i zero, the R4i (Revolution v1.4) from r4i-sdhc.com and the R4i Revolution using WoodR4.

**=Direct on your card, not in a folder

/edit
The R4i Revolution 1.4.1, R4i Revolution Wood R4 and the M3i Zero doesn't support the nitro Version.
The M3 DS Real v4.5 isn't supported.

No it's not. It's for R4 users:

Supportet Flashcards:

Flashcart ↓ nitroFS ↓ FAT ↓
Acekard 2i with AKAIO 1.8.8 Working Working
R4DS using WoodR4 Working Working
R4i (Revolution v1.4) [1] Not Working Not Working|
R4i Revolution using WoodR4 [2]Not Working Working
M3iZero Not Working Working
DSTwo Working Working
CycloDS Evolution v2.3 Working Working
R4i GOLD 1.66b Working Working
(http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/DScraft)

And for users who don't like to wait because the nitro needs more time to load.

I was so excited when I first saw Minecraft for DS. I downloaded it and I ran it. Guru meditation error welcomed me to DSCraft.
Later I found out that it's not supported for M3DSReal, what a disappointment. Is there any way to avoid this, is it going to be supported in the future versions?
Can I hack the DS in some way? Please answer this because I don't want to buy a whole new DS Homebrew card just so I can play this awesome game on DS.

it may be supported in future versions, there may also be a custom firmware for your card that allows you to play it (look around) till then you would have to buy a new flash cart :(

You can try the versions before. I have the first version (without save function and Inventory) and I'm sure that there are some people who give you the second version
